How do I book a tour?

Simply submit a request via our Request a Quote form, email us at Bookings@auriarktours.co.za, or chat with us on WhatsApp. Share your destination, travel dates and group size, and our team will respond with the next steps.

Do you offer school excursions?

Yes. Educational travel is a core focus of AuriArk Tours. We organise school excursions, student and college trips, and custom educational programmes for institutions across South Africa, Africa and beyond.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for school groups and international travel. This helps secure preferred dates, transport, accommodation and activities. Our team will advise on timing for your specific journey.

How do quotations work?

Once we understand your requirements, our team prepares a professional, itemised quotation. Quotations are based on your destination, group size, duration and selected services. Final pricing is confirmed before you commit.

What payment methods are available?

Payment methods are confirmed with each booking through our secure payment workflow. Details are shared in your quotation and booking documents.

Yes. We coordinate transport for airport transfers, school and group transportation, private transfers and multi-day tour transport through trusted service providers.

Do you arrange accommodation?

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, airport transfers are available and arranged through our trusted transport partners to make your arrival and departure seamless.

Do you arrange activities?

Yes. We coordinate activities, excursions, experiences and entry arrangements as part of your itinerary, aligned with your interests and objectives.

Do you offer international travel?

Yes. AuriArk Tours plans international journeys across destinations such as Thailand, Dubai and the UAE, Europe, Asia and Indian Ocean destinations.

Can I customise my tour?

Absolutely. Custom travel is at the heart of what we do. Tell us where you want to go, what you want to experience and how you want to travel, and we'll design the journey around you.

Can you organise group travel?

Yes. We coordinate group travel for schools, colleges, universities, youth groups, families, churches, community organisations, corporate groups, friends and private groups.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all journeys. Travel insurance is not included in our quotations unless specifically arranged. Please check your policy covers your planned activities and travel.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Our booking terms set out the cancellation and refund process. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change, and we'll guide you through the applicable terms for your booking.

What documents may be required for international travel?

International travel generally requires a valid passport, visas and, in some cases, travel health documentation. Requirements vary by destination and nationality. Always verify entry requirements with the official authorities of your destination before travelling.
